St. Marie’s Street, Perryville

This all-brick ranch style home is one of our lightest remodels. A beautiful home that just needed a quick bit of modern TLC. The windows, mechanicals, and roof are all less than five years old, so the main structural challenge we took on was the first-floor hall bathroom. We took out a closet and rearranged the space to accommodate a walk-in shower with a freestanding GORGEOUS bathtub and a two sink vanity in the enlarged space. In the rest of the first floor, we’ve updated all the flooring, refinished the cabinets, updated lighting, and updated both the toilet and vanity in the ½ bath off the kitchen.

Other highlights include a covered front porch in addition to a huge covered back porch, dedicated workshop space in the garage, and a fully finished basement.
